(Uniform welding point, strong air tightness and good firmness); its surface treatment is outdoor hot-dip galvanizing. Mid-range material and technology: its material uses non-standard Q-220B grade steel; its electric welding technology uses manual electric welding technology; its surface treatment can be hot-dipped galvanized anti-rust treatment according to customer needs. The paint can be sprayed, baked, and other surface treatments. Years of paint experience can keep the surface paint from fading for many years.

Finish
Each door goes through a 9 step finishing process:

1. De-scaling and sand blasting to prepare surface
2. Hot zinc galvanizing creating a rust proof alloy
3. 1^st rust proof undercoat painting
4. Epoxy slurry to fill minor imperfections
5. 2^nd rust proof undercoat painting
6. Base paint 1 to even colour
7. Base paint 2 to prepare for final finish
8. Hand-applied final finish
9. Clear-coat protective finish for long lasting elegant beauty
